We hope you love your Printed Culture products, but if there’s an issue, we’re here to help.

• We accept returns for non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Custom or made-to-order items (including personalized products) are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.

• To start a return, email us at contact@printedculture.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll replace it or offer a refund.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty. We recommend tracked shipping.
